Allergy Action Plan

We know how difficult it can be to educate teachers and peers about your children’s unique food and allergy needs. It’s important to have a plan in place so that the people caring for your children know just what to do in case of an allergic reaction.

That’s why we have created an Allergy Action Plan sheet for you to fill out and give to your caregivers. It lists the difference between mild and severe reactions, allows you to specify the action to be taken in case of a reaction and lists the location of allergy medicines and epinephrine injections.
